About Automation-Plus
Automation-Plus was founded in 1987 as a Systems Integrator for Machine Tool and Manufacturing Automation. Over the course of several years the company found a niche in the development of inkjet marking systems for the Aerospace industry. By 2005 the company turned its full attention to the Direct Part Mark industry. Direct Part Mark refers to the application of product identification directly to the part through ink, laser, chemical or mechanical means. Beginning with the existing inkjet products, we expanded our offering to include laser systems, chemical etching systems, and dot peen/vibroetch systems.
