Custom Part Marking System Manufacturing

Automation-Plus manufactures custom part marking systems for OEMs from the aerospace, medical, and automotive industries. These systems are fully automated and enable the components to be marked during the manufacturing process.

Working with each client to determine their needs, we design and build a system that will integrate into their process. Part marking systems are available in ink or laser formats and have control packages that include Allen Bradley PLC, Automation Direct PLC, and Visual Basic PC. Constructed from extruded aluminum and stainless steel, the durable systems feature conveyors, pick and place equipment, material feeders, and a print head or laser depending on the type of system chosen. Our systems can have diameters up to 36″, lengths from 1″ to 20′, and weights up to 500 lb. We thoroughly test each system by running it at our facility and provide on-site start up services. We stand behind all our products and will always be available for on-site repairs of any system we design and build.

Our systems have been used for marking of UID labels, decals, and name, serial and instruction plates while conforming to MIL-STD-130 and BAC-5307 industry standards.
